Auto Detailing Policy and Waiver

Waiver

1. Service Description:

  • Our auto detailing services include interior, exterior cleaning,
    waxing, polishing, and paint repairs.

2. Scheduling and Rescheduling:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for rescheduling or
    canceling appointments.

3. Pricing and Payments:

  • Prices are based on the type and size of the vehicle

  • Prices are subject to change due to the condition of the vehicle

  • Payment is due upon completion of services.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

4. Vehicle Condition:

  • Clients are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing damage or
    issues with the vehicle.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damages not reported by the client.

5. Warranty:

  • Warranty on any advertised protection on ceramic coatings, waxing,
    sealants, or paint corrections is honored by MJ's Detail Garage.
    However, the warranty on any of our services will be VOIDED if the
    customer has their vehicle detailed or cleaned with any other
    business or car wash.

  • MJ's Detail Garage ensures that each wash for all customers is used
    with quality ceramic-safe products that protect and enhance the
    vehicle's look. Car washes and other low-quality detail businesses
    use corrosive soap, which can damage paint over time and is extremely dangerous for ceramic coatings.

Social Media Policy

1. Consent for Media Capture 

  • I understand that MJ's Detail Garage may take photographs and videos of my vehicle after the detailing service has been completed. These media fines may include images of the interior, exterior, and specific detailing processes carried out on my vehicle.

2. Purpose of Media Capture

  • I acknowledge that the purpose of capturing these images and videos is for promotional and marketing activities related to MJ Detail Garage. This may include, but is not limited to, sharing on the company's website, social media platforms, promotional materials, and advertisements. 

3. Permission for Public Sharing 

  • I grant MJ's Detail Garage permission to publicly share the photographs and videos of my vehicle on various online and offline platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and the company's official website. 

4. Usage Rights

  • I understand that by granting permission for the use of these media files, I am not entitled to any compensation, financial or otherwise. I acknowledge that MJ's Detail Garage retains full ownership and usage rights to the media captured, and these rights are non-transferable. 

5. Exemption from Liability

  • I release MJ Detail Garage and its employees from any liability arising from the capture, use, or distribution of the media files mentioned herein. I understand that MJ's Detail Garage will exercise reasonable care in handling these media files but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized third-party access. 

6. Revocation of Consent

  • I acknowledge that I have the right to revoke this consent at any time providing written notice to MJ's Detail Garage. However, I understand that any media files already shared or published prior to the revocation will remain in circulation as per the terms agreed upon.
